Valérie Deveaux

In a world that doesn’t always prioritize our well-being, my mission is to create a welcoming space where you're cared for, no matter what.

In our sessions, every part of you is welcome. We'll work together to understand these different parts—where they come from, what they aim for—and find ways to meet their needs.

I believe in your inner strength and resilience. By recognizing it and nurturing it, we’ll lean into empowerment.

Central to my approach is the incorporation of somatic work. Our bodies carry the imprints of our experiences. These imprints can accumulate, resulting in symptoms of anxiety, depression, and physical ailments. By tuning into our body's signals, we can understand and heal more deeply.

I aim to support you in making conscious choices and living authentically. Even in tough times, we can grow, adapt, and thrive. Let's explore what growth means for you.
